With BMI! You can quickly calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index). Based on your height and weight, your BMI is calculated. The BMI results are devided into these categories:
Less than 18.5 : Underweight
18.5 to 25: Healthy weight
25 to 30: Overweight
Greater than 30 : Extremely overweight (Obesity)
